Minor Issues During Stay

The room was okay. I did find the housekeeping inconsistent the first day. There were hairs in the bathroom which was off putting. Also I was annoyed that the in-room tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished daily. This meant I had to call down to reception each morning for more milk. That was frustrating.

The room featured a comfortable bed and blackout curtains,. The bathroom had a rainfall shower (always a plus) and ample counter space. I found the in-room coffee and tea facilities very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.
The gym equipment showed a bit of wear and tear.

The reception staff gave complimentary drink vouchers, it was a nice touch. extra towels arrived quickly after i called. carla and her colleague kept the bar open late. I appreciated that extended service.
the rubber seal on the shower door leaked water. this created a small hazard in the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet had good variety with options for everyone. The staff were cute in the breakfast area. The hotel is centrally located near the railway station. I walked there even with luggage.
I noticed some signs about staying safe, BUT my temperature was NEVER taken. We paid extra for a superior room. it had dirty stains ON the carpet and an unsightly repair on the wall. The glazing in the hotel IS poor, traffic noise made sleep difficult.

The shower leaked a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. The rubber seal on the door seemed old. there was no shower gel or lotion provided. the restaurant had limited hours, and the bar looked understaffed. housekeeping seemed inconsistent. Our room wasn't cleaned daily and towels weren't replaced regularly.
